    An Updated MailStream Plus 8.4.5 October Postal References files has been placed on the Precisely Data Experience on October 26th.  The Postal References files was updated in reference to the Oct. 20, 2023, Industry Alerts by the USPS:

    • "The November 2023 Mail Direction Files (MDF) with the publication date of October 1, 2023, has been updated, republished, and posted in the FAST system."  "These MDF files have an effective date of November 1, 2023."

    o   The changes will address recent concerns with the below September S&DCs

    ·        Chula Vista, CA S&DC

    ·        Huntington Station. NY S&DC

    ·        Palo Alto, CA S&DC

    ·        Terre Haute, IN S&DC

    ·        North Atlanta, GA S&DC
