Is this a required new file ? I have already tested everything with the file sent out August 3rd and had no issues, and was ready to deploy it early in September. I couldn't find the specific alert with the attachment you included unless I just didn't know where to look.

An Updated MailStream Plus 8.4.5 August Postal References files have been placed on the Precisely Data Experience on August 25th. These were updated in reference to the Aug. 18, 2023, Industry Alert by the USPS:
"The September 2023 Mail Direction Files (MDF) with the publication date of August 1, 2023, has been re-created and posted in the FAST system. These MDF files have an effective date of September 1, 2023"
