  • 1.  Update MailStream Plus 2025.6 and 2025.12 December Postal Reference File (Dec 24, 2025)

    An Updated MailStream Plus 2025.06 and 2025.12 December Postal References file has been placed on the Precisely Data Experience on December 24th, 2025. The Postal References file was updated to incorporate the USPS republishing of the January Effective Mail Direction File.

    The republication will reflect the following changes.   

    • Cancel the redirection of SCF 166, 168 Flats from Altoona 166 to Pennwood Place 152PM
    • New redirection of SCF 166, 168 Flats from Altoona 166 to Johnstown 159

    • Cancel the redirection of SCF 444-445 Periodicals, Periodicals (News) and Marketing Mail Flats from Youngstown 444 to Cleveland 440
    • New redirection of SCF 444-445 Periodicals, Periodicals (News) and Marketing Mail Flats from Youngstown 444 to Cleveland FSS Annex 441FS

    • Cancel the redirection of ADC 444-445 Periodicals and Periodicals (News) Flats from Youngstown 444 to Cleveland 440
    • New redirection of ADC 444-445 Periodicals and Periodicals (News) Flats from Youngstown 444 to Cleveland FSS Annex 441FS

    • Cancel the redirection of SCF 030-034, 038 Fats from Manchester 030 to Nashua 030PM
    • New redirection of ADC 463-464 Periodicals and Periodicals (News) Machinable and Nonstandard Parcels from Gary 463 to South Suburban 604

    There is only one reference file posted. Is it usable for both 2025.06 and 2025.12?

    Hello Nigel,

    As in previous releases in the application MailStream plus if there is a new release the newest release is under the current version and the previous version of the software 2025.6 will be under the tab previous version. Please us the version tabs to find the required version.

    The software and the data bases [ USPS reference files have to match versions to work proper or you will receive a mismatch version error in the execution log.

    The release notes show that this upgrade is compatible with z/OS 2.5 and 3.1.  Our test environment is currently at z/OS 3.2, are there compatibility issues between this and z/OS 3.2.  I am encountering error messages when verifying the installation on z/OS 3.2.
