    Hello,

    I recently needed to add a new user and normally would use the 'Lookup User' function but for some reason it is pulling in an extra space at the end of the email and Evolve is not accepting the email because of it.  I tried to disable IDP for the user and manually enter the credential but the user is unable to access Evolve.  What are my options to get this resolved?  Is there something that can be done on the Evolve side or does something need to be corrected on the directory side?

    A follow up on this.  I requested an internal team to review Azure and there was an additional space hiding at the end of the email.  They corrected that and shortly afterwards I was able to correctly create the user.
