  • 1.  Unable to access Customer Support

    When I try to access the Customer Support portal, in order to raise a ticket, I get the following error:

    Single Sign-On Error

    We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

    Has anyone come across this problem before, or know how to resolve it?

    The issue is because you have registered from the forums and have not contacted support before, so the forums don't know which account to associate you to, and therefore you are put against the Knowledge Community Shared Account.

    If you contact Support via support@precisely.com and they will be able to associate you to the correct account and provide online case management access assuming you have a valid support & maintenance agreement in place for support to occur
