The issue is because you have registered from the forums and have not contacted support before, so the forums don't know which account to associate you to, and therefore you are put against the Knowledge Community Shared Account.
If you contact Support via support@precisely.com and they will be able to associate you to the correct account and provide online case management access assuming you have a valid support & maintenance agreement in place for support to occur
