    Hello,

    Has anyone run into a process that they can't cancel in either the bulk or action dropdown and how did you resolve it?  Despite receiving a message that the process has been cancelled it remains.  We are currently on 20.1.

    Hi Scott
    I'm not 100% why it happens, but I suggest you open a support ticket for this one.
    You may end up having to use SQL to clean it up.
