Trillium Quality and Discovery Version 18.0
We are excited to announce that version 18.0 is now available for Trillium Quality and Discovery products. This release brings several product enhancements, platform upgrades, and support for migration to improve key functions of Trillium Quality and Discovery.
Some of the enhancements included in this release include:
Encrypted repository migration from 17.3.0 to 18.0.0
Before migrating from version 17.3.0 to 18.0.0, customers using an encrypted repository must first apply a patch to their 17.3.0 installation. This patch is necessary to ensure the migration process goes smoothly.
Action Required:
· Apply the patch to your 17.3.0 installation before starting the migration to version 18.0.0.

User Management enhancements in Administration Center
Several improvements have been made to the User Management section in the Administration Center including the ability to search users, modify Trillium-authenticated users, manage repository access, modify user access to a repository, export user metadata, and change password (Trillium Authentication only).
Platform upgrade to Windows Server 2025
This release now supports Windows Server 2025. Support for Windows 10 has been deprecated.
.NET version updated to 4.8
The minimum required .NET version is now 4.8. You must have .NET 4.8 installed to run the applications without issues.
Requirement of SAP DLLs to connect Trillium with SAP
Starting with the latest EDQ release, SAP-related files are no longer included with the EDQ Linux and Windows installers. You now need to obtain these files separately from your SAP administrator or SAP installation.
Deprecation of OLE DB and ODBC reporting adapters
We are officially deprecating the OLE DB and ODBC Reporting Adapters. These adapters are no longer supported and will not receive further updates or maintenance. Customers currently using these adapters should transition to REST API endpoints.
