TSI, the real time component of Trillium Quality (based on Tomcat) is a separate installer called EDQ.
Accessing Trillium (depends what you mean with that) can also be done with Discovery Center and the Control Center, last one is also a separate installer called Client. Discovery Center is part of the Server installation.

Both should work fine on AWS, I assume you will deploy an EC2 instance, Linux or Windows Server.
Check the release notes which OS you can take.
