  • 1.  Tracking or setting an Alert to notify change chnage to a form flowing through the workflow

    In Foundation, because it was linked to SharePoint our users would go into the SharePoint list view item and they were able to have alerts emailed to them when the status of the form changed. This way if they were not a stakeholder on the form, they could still track the form through the workflow. Is there anything similar to this in Evolve?

    The closest we have is Document Explorer:  https://help.precisely.com/r/Automate-Evolve/20.3/en-US/Automate-Evolve-User-Guide/Global-Administrator-Help/Evolve-User-App/Documents/Document-Explorer?tocId=RvOjuujGpCrvNm_LFwWXCg

    You can setup this special type of library in Evolve starting in 20.3 and group together solution to view the process documents and assign them to users and groups of users.  From there you can see common solution properties, status and history.
