    Hello Automate Community!

    For this week's tip, we'll look at where you can find the Release notes for our Automate Solutions. Product release notes are a summary of the changes, and they help users understand what's new, fixes, and known issues in the new version.

    There are a few ways to view our Automate Release Notes.

    Precisely Support

    The release notes for our Automate solutions are located on the Precisely Support site - https://support.precisely.com/

    1. Select Product Help

    2. On the find support by product screen, select the proper Automate Solution

    3. Click the Documentation Button

    4. Click on Release Notes

    5. You can now review the What's new, Fixed issues and Known issues

    Precisely Help Center

    Another way to access them is through the Precisely Help Center - https://help.precisely.com/

    1. On the main page, select Automate

    2. Select the proper Automate Solution from the Table of Contents

    3. Click Latest Versions.

    4. Click on Release Notes

    5. You can now review the What's new, Fixed issues and Known issues

    Precisely Community

    Finally, you can access the Release Notes right here in the Community Site - https://community.precisely.com/home

    1.    Log into The Community Site

    2.    If you haven't already done so, click on All Communities and scroll down and locate the Automate Product Announcements Community and click Join

    3. If you have already joined the Automate Product Announcements Community, Click on My Communities.

    4. Click on Automate Product Announcements Community. You can see the latest Release Statements.

    5. Click on the hyperlink and you can review the release notes, which includes hyperlinks to documentation and the Precisely Data Experience where you can download the new software versions.
