Hi,

I'm trying to create a query in Automate Studio and the option for padding the criteria field is disables. I would like to select "no padding" but I can't and the condition is not working.

Does some one know where the issue could come from?

Hi Skander

You have to click into the value field on your criteria and then should be able to use the dropdown for padding.

I see this is a custom table, but I know this works for me on Custom tables, too.  And it should work for fixed or dynamic criteria.

I'd suggest you open a support ticket to see what is going on..

After a hard search I found that I there is a setting in Evolve in the App preferences that activiates or deactivates the padding for queries:

It's solved now!
