The EngageOne Communicate 2.0 release is now available.
Key features in this release include:
Video Design
- Animate text, buttons, and other elements into a scene to enhance the viewing experience
- Coordinate timing of visuals with the AI-powered voiceover to produce a more cohesive viewing experience
- Select and group multiple elements in a scene to move, copy, or delete them in unison.
Email Design
- Specify column widths in tables to create a better reading experience
- Specify alternating row color schemes for static and dynamic tables
- Create a branded unsubscribe experience to maintain brand integrity and avoid confusing customers
Platform
- In Reporting, you can now export all video viewer data to CSV format with each video viewer's statistics on an individual row. If a user revisits a video multiple times, each visit is logged as a separate row, grouped under that user's unique ID so you can see their engagements more clearly over time.
- New PDF API enables you to generate standalone PDF by passing in a dataset as we do in other Communicate channels, and then generate a count of how many PDF were generated over a given time period
