Hi Ayman,
Have you tried setting the image format to image/png?
You can change the format when adding/editing the External WMS in Spatial Manager
I have seen this white background when using image/jpg, JPG generally doesn't have an alpha channel (translucently) and should really only be used for aerial imagery or other complete coverage layers where there is a lot of colour variance which is well suited to jpg compression. PNG on the other hand is well suited to images with few colours or if you need translucency.

Subject: Survey Control - WMS Layer
Good morning;
I have added Queensland SURVEY CONTROL WMS service as a live WMS layer from the following link:
https://gisservices.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/services/Location/SurveyControl/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS
It works fine as WMS service in SSA as shown in the following image:
But, how can get rid of this white background?
Is there other ways to use WFS if it is found? Or, can we some how to manipulate WMS service?
Or I have to download the layer itself? Or anything else?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Ayman
