  • 1.  Studio Credential Error

    Hello,
    I received an error when opening Studio:
    "Your credentials could not be validated for the product. If a valid license is assigned to you, please make sure that the license is not blocked and that you are not violating Winshuttle's concurrency policy."
    I have check my license and policies in the Foundation site - all good.  Foundation Site Address is correct.

    I appreciate any input you can provide.

    Hi Luzpura

    This may be best handled by support. 

    I did a quick search on the support site, and there are a few articles on this topic here:

    Overall seems to point to either user id, cached sessions or LMS server issues.
