Abstract
This announcement provides important information for SpectrumOnDemand customers regarding upcoming changes to database integration options. To improve performance, consistency, and long‑term sustainability, several legacy and redundant database options will be deprecated and replaced with modern alternatives
Overview of Features and Functionality
Dear Customer,
As part of our continued effort to enhance and modernize our services, we are updating the database options available within SpectrumOnDemand. Several legacy database options, including TeleAtlas and related variants, will be retired and replaced with improved, consolidated alternatives.
These updates are designed to simplify integration, improve data quality, and provide a more efficient experience. The response formats and user experience will remain unchanged; only the database option parameters used in your integration need to be updated.

If you directly reference any of the deprecated options in your integration:
- Please update the database parameter(s) to the new replacement options no later than January 31, 2026.
- If you use tools such as Postman, note that symbols like "+" may appear encoded (e.g., "%2B"). Ensure your requests reflect the correct encoded format where applicable.
