Site Mapper v2.4.1 has been published in the MapInfo Marketplace.

Site Mapper is a tool that helps you create hundreds of maps. You can read more about this in this #MapInfoMonday article.

In this latest version, we have fixed several bugs reported by users.

Site Mapper can create output from a map or from a layout. Site Mapper will loop over the records in your table and create a map for each record.

Below you can see the configuration dialog for Site Mapper

Site Mapper comes with several SmartTexts that can help you extract information from the Site table:
    • SMGetSiteValue: Returns the value from a specified column of the first record in the site table
    • SMGetSiteValueErr: Returns the value from a specified column of the first record in the site table. Shows potential error from function on layout
    • SMGetColumnValue: Returns the value from a specified column of a single record in the site table
    • SMGetTableColumnValue: Returns the value from a specified column of a single record in a specific table
    • SMGetTableColumnNames: Returns the Column Names from a specific table with a given separator
    • SMGetTableRowValues: Returns the values from a single record in a specific table with a given separator
    • SMGetTableColumnValues: Returns all the values from a single column in a specific table with a given separator
    • SMGetTableNameValues: Returns the column names and values from a single record in a specific table with a given separator
The source code for Site Mapper can be found on GitHub. I have also attached the documentation for Site Mapper. Site Mapper was created by @Kalu Ribush.
    Improvement Ideas:
    • Verify file name when using values from the site table as file names
    • Specify the number of outputs at a time or add some way to stop the output creation.
    • Add Aggregation SmartTexts
    • Add the Map Extent of the first Map on the Second Map (Detail Map versus Over Map)
    • and more
