MapInfo Pro

Hi, I'm making a custom map legend for a project and it includes texts, frames, symbols, etc. The option to 'Select' and 'Select Radius' or by Boundary are all greyed out when I'm on a Layout. Sometimes I need to move the whole legend and have to click every single item to move them together or rearrange them every time. Is there a way to select just by holding the mouse button and pulling a frame to select Multiples? Or to stop those features being grey?

Hi

In the layout, the standard Select tool also works as Marquee or Rectangle Select.

Click and hold down the left mouse button, drag the mouse across the area where you want to select elements, and release the mouse button to stop selecting elements from the layout.
