Goodday all,

I am new to actual mapping and I have a question. For functional locations we created classifications with characteristics. I want a script to change a specific classifcation. The script has to select the functional location (IL02) go to Classifications, select the right classification (ASSET_PORTFOLIO) and change the characteristics. The classification is not always on the same level for each functional location, how can I make sure that the scripts selects the right classification? (during recording I double click on the classification, but this could be the first, second, third, etc. entry for the floc.) In the recorded script I cannot find a way to specify this. Could someone point me in the right way?

I'm not sure I follow you entirely. It seems you are looking to update some records with specific values which may change?

In this article, you can learn how you can use variables to pick a value from a list and use this value when updating selected records.

Maybe you can share the script you have created and describe where you want it to work differently.
