  • 1.  Runners not able to interact with long text

    Hi there - 

    I have two runners in a production environment that are receiving the error "object reference not set to an instance of an object" when it comes to the long text portion of a script for KO03 and another for ABUMN. The error does not come up for me in development environments.

    I compared our authorizations and see the runners do not have access to the following, highlighted in red: 

    Are these perhaps the culprit?

    Hi Mike

    There's definitely a chance the DDxyz tables could affect long text.

    But I have a question - what are you trying to do with the text? We don't support those tcodes KO02/3 nor ABUMN with the Function Module method to download or upload the long text as a string.  The documentation lists the tcodes supported here: https://help.precisely.com/r/t/1757358526682/2025-09-09/Automate-Studio/Connect/Latest/en-US/Automate-Studio-with-Studio-Administrator-User-Guide/Record-long-text

    I was able to record added a line to the long text using the line editor in KO02, but my permission check is complete.
