Just wondering if the rulers in the Layout has been fixed and added.:

Customer Community

Precisely		remove preview
Customer Community View this on Precisely >

Also printing from MapInfo 64 to PDF (using the Map Info PDF Printer version 2015, 2023 and Adobe PDF compared with MapInfo 32 bit and 64bit not acceptable.

64 bit at 600 dpi - artefacts - white lines + blocky              32 - bit 600dpi no white lines and matches original 

Any improvements or tips/tricks on the PDF printing?

We have a suggestion for the rulers on Precisely Ideas. Give it your vote.

As for the printing:

Have you checked that your Output Options for 32-bit and 64-bit are identical?

It seems enabling the Subdivide Printing and Polygon Mode preferences improves the result, see this article. 

Apparently, the lines across the PDF could be an issue in Adobe Acrobat and not the PDF itself, see this article.
