  • 1.  Rfc Open Connection (RFC_logon_failure) - error message

    Hello,

    We have a user that is experiencing this issue when trying to connect to SAP PR1 using WinShuttle Studio 12 - they have single sign on (SSO).    Has anyone come across this issue before?  if so, how did you resolve it.   I have submitted a ticket on her behalf.

    Hi Trina
    Looks like the user hasn't completed their profile in Foundation/Evolve. They need to add their SAP credentials on the site, Typically if SSO is turned on, they just need to add their SAP user name.
