    Is there an option / way to be able to force First Class Flat mail into EMM trays instead of Flat Tray?

    Hi Nigel,

    If your mail facility has run out of Flats trays and you wish to use EMM trays instead, you can use the ALG LV parameter. You will need to change the defaults values of F in position 14 and 16 and add the value E in these locations.
