    Thank you for your post. We do not provide home price appreciation index (HPI) information as part of our property attributes data. However, we do offer replacement cost values; assessed, improved, and market values in our product.  If HPI is something of interest that you would like to see in our product, you may submit an idea to the Precisely Ideas Portal "Property Attributes" category.
