This announcement serves as follow-up communication to the following Precisely Knowledge Community Posts and includes important changes regarding availability dates previously reported in those communications.
Features and Functionality
Breaking Change Releases:
- The Property Attributes Mortgage breaking change release date that was originally scheduled for August 29, 2025, is delayed by one month and is now scheduled for September 30, 2025
- The Property Attributes Assessment breaking change release date that was originally scheduled for September 30, 2025, is delayed by one month and is now scheduled for October 31, 2025
New Statistic and Change File Product Zip Packages:
The new Statistic and Change File product zip package downloads for Property Attributes Mortgage, Property Attributes Assessment, and Property Historical Sales products; that were originally scheduled for June 30, 2025 have been postponed to the following release dates:
- Statistics Package Format – July 31, 2025
- Change Package Format – August 29, 2025
As mentioned in the Precisely Knowledge Community Post from May 30, The "change" files folder will be removed from the main product zip packages during the respective breaking change releases for Property Attributes Assessment (October 2025)and Property Historical Sales (November 2025). At which time, the Change files will only be available through the "Change Files" download format.
