    Can I create a Predefined Filter based off of an attribute that is from another repository?  I have a Cross Reference repository displayed in the image.  I have on attribute that is highligted in the image below.  Is is possible to create a Predefined Filter in the Filter Side Bar with this linked attribute?

    Joseph,

    Unfortunately, the Filter functionality is only available for the repository being viewed, not for linked repositories.  You will need to use Advanced Searches to perform the equivalent of the Filter for linked attributes.  You may want to look at the Precisely Ideas web site and submit a new idea for this capability to be added or upvote it if someone has already submitted this idea.
