    Precisely ER Version 9.6 Patch 4 Release Announcement

    There is a Patch 4 release being made available for ER Version 9.6 with details below. This patch addresses the following software defect:

    Issue Number

    Details

    ER-14681

    Fixed an issue where the user name check for ER Rich Client login was case 
    sensitive.

    You could find the Release Notes and Installation Guide, along with all the release files at https://data.precisely.com  

    Please find the Patch using the following steps:

    1. Please go to https://data.precisely.com  
    2. Click on "My Software Products"
    3. Click on "ER"
    4. In the Releases, please click on "9.6.0"
    5. You would find below two files related to ER 9.6.0 Patch 4 Release
    6. The zip file ER-9.6-14596-4.zip contains everything you need to install this patch on the server.
