I tested permissions with RDL I gave a user only Originator and data reviewer permissions yet they were able to go in and edit an RDL. I don't want general users to be edit RDLs , is there a way that only developers can edit RDL or put some kind of restriction on user to edit RDL's?

Hi RTX Polley.

Go to App configurations and create a group(say RefUsers) and add users to this to which you want to provide edit permission on the reference data lists.

• Now, from configuration page, go to manage Libraries tab, select the library and then select 'manage library permission'
• 
• Go To Library Solution Permission and remove the default group and add the new created group (RefUsers)
• Click Save Button.
• All the user in RefUser group should be able to edit the reference data list in that library and other users can only view the data.
