    Hello,

    We use SSO and one of our users seems to be having trouble connecting to a specific system.

    Our other systems allow SSO to function normally for this user. The google didn't help me when searching for this less than descriptive error.

    Anyone else run into this issue? Or have any of the ideas on how to fix it?

    Hi Derek

    Does this user have multiple profiles in the environment? If so, that could be it. I have the same issue when I want to use a cybersafe SSO connection for an environment which I have multiple user profiles. We are currently on the Foundation platform in case that matters.

    Hi Derek

    Please open a support ticket. That's going to be the best way to debug this issue.  As Vanessa mentioned, everyone may have slightly different setups, even across SAP systems.
