My colleague, Isra Azam, and I will be presenting an educational webinar on Material Master.

In this 90 minute session we'll include:

• approaches for recognizing patterns of data collection for various material types and how to best handle them in a script/template balancing usability and flexibilty, as well as covering a Query example.
• Then we'll create a simple script and iteratively add some simple tweaks to make it easy for the consumers of the script/template to get their data loaded correctly the first time.
• Then we'll create some scripts from scratch that cover one of the trickier parts of the MM - alternate units of measure.  We'll create a script that leverages Indexed If's for updates, Indexed Loops for additions and then build out a Direct example that covers both.
• We'll wrap up with sharing best practices, as well as some of the newer features you may consider leveraging for material master data management automation, and Q&A.
