    New Precisely Help Center – Support Announcement

    Neighborhood Boundaries, Residential Boundaries, and Metro Areas documentation is moving to the Precisely Help Center!

    Product documentation for Neighborhood, Residential and Metro products is moving to the Precisely Help Center beginning with November releases.

    What's new?  The Help Center provides a modern experience to help you quickly locate content, personalize your experience, and provide feedback.  You can:

       Search for help across the documentation set

        Bookmark topics and create a personalized content library

        Save your searches and get alerts when content is added or changed

        Print selected topics

        Share a link with a colleague

        Send us your feedback and rate content

    What content is available?  Release Notes, Getting Started, Product Guides, and Data Schema files are available in the Help Center.

    Note that Schema and Product Statistics files will continue to be available as part of the product zip package download on PDX. 

    What's next?  Over the next several months, we will fully transition from the PDF deliverables on the Precisely Support site and PDX to the new Precisely Help Center. We will provide redirects to the new Help Center location as we transition. 

    There will be a new file found in the product package documentation folder titled EnrichDocumentationReadMe.PDF. By clicking the hyperlink in this file, clients will be redirected to the Precisely Help Center.
