    Hello, 

    My 'Move To' tool is no longer working, I get the following message when trying to search for an address. I have a MapInfo Pro licence which is not premium, however I also have a Bing licence key entered. 

    Is this something that may be caused by my companies firewall or is there a setting I can amend in MapInfo to resolve this? The Bing mapping layers work fine.

    Hey

    So it used to work with you own Bing key?

    I wonder if the permission behind your Bing key has changed to no longer support the address/place name look up?

    Can you look up the key some how and check the properties?
