  • 1.  Modify Table Structure without the table being removed from Map/Explorer

    I'm wondering if there's a way to modify table structure (adding a field, for example) without the table being removed from the map window/explorer after. 

    When I have several thematic maps built off the table I workaround by modifying the table and then closing and reopening the workspace without saving. Not a big deal timewise, but curious if there's another way. Thank you.

    That's the same workaround I use, Leah, and also the recommended workaround.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent the table from being removed from maps, and browsers..
