  • 1.  MC86 Change Product Group

    hi

    I need to mass change (remove) specific members (which are assigned to) and must go from a Product Group.

    Example:

    200materials are assigned to a Product Group in a certain Plant and I need to delete 30 specific materials from that group.

    There is no selection/find or search function as far as I can find.

    Anyone an idea or might know a RFM/BAPI?

    Hi Ed

    Not an area of strength for me.  I did a search, and this page at the bottom has related BAPIs/FMs, but I'm not sure if any will work and are remote enabled:  https://www.tcodesearch.com/sap-tcodes/MC86 

    The alternative is GUI Scripting, capturing the material number and us in Indexed IF to position yourself to the right row.  You can use a regular loop around that.

    hi Sigrid, thanks for your feedback. Today I will have an abap developer trying to see if PRODUCTGROUP_CHANGE would work/could be made Remote.

    Will provide feedback when I know more.
