  • 1.  Mapinfo Pro Viewer Does not start after security update 21.0.1.33 is applied

    My Mapinfo Pro Viewer Does not start after security update  21.0.1.33 is applied .   OS : Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise.  Appreciate your help.

    Hi

    What happens when you try to start MapInfo Pro Viewer?

    Can you try to right-click the shortcut and use Run as Administrator?

    Peter,

     

                Greg from Precisely helped and resolved the issue.   It looks like I applied a wrong security  patch  .   I uninstalled and did a  did a fresh installation and that resolved the issue.   Thank you for reaching out to me .
