    We are happy to announce MapInfo Pro v2023 is now available in 16 languages! 

    With this latest update, MapInfo Pro v2023 is now available in 16 languages (English, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish).

    You can get your latest release on Precisely MapInfo Pro v2023.

    The Release Notes say that you should use the latest version of the LSU v5.4 for concurrent licensing. I assume it should read v5.5?

    There are no longer links to download maintenance releases for current licensed customers at https://support.precisely.com/product-downloads/item/mapinfo-pro-v2023-evaluation-version/. Only the Evaluation Version is available and download requires the completion of a sales lead form. Is there another site or platform where current subscribers can access maintenance upgrade installers (and older versions of MapInfo Pro)?

    The Evaluation Version is exactly the same version as the released version - they are both set to time-out after 30 days, unless or until you enter your licence details (Serial Number and Access Code).

    Your supplier should be able to share a direct link with you without needing to complete a sales lead form.

    I know that I must uninstall the older version but is it necessary to tranfer the licence before installing the new 142 build ?

    No, you can leave the license on the computer while uninstalling and reinstalling a new build of the same version of MapInfo Pro.
