Hi
Try this:
1. Shut down MapInfo Pro
2. Select a different Default Windows Printer through Printer & Scanners
3. Restart MapInfo Pro and see if this has fixed the issue

Can you check the printer preferences within MapInfo Pro? Please make sure that you haven't selected a non-existing printer as the default printer. Try to change it to the Windows default printer.

Hi all,
I am using MapInfo Pro v2021 64 bit. However I have run into an issue when trying to Print as PDF, the Printer symbol has greyed out so when you click on it it comes up with an error box - 
Therefore how can I get it back working? It was working fine last week which is strange.. I have just checked the My computer - Devices and Printers and the 'MapInfo Printer Version 2021' is still currently installed so therefore what do we need to do to get it back working??
