  • 1.  MapInfo not loading fully

    In the last week, MapInfo 23.2 has stopped loading fully on my workccomputer, it gets as far as the screen reading "welcome to MapInfo pro" then drops out.

    It worked fine two days earlier,  and the only change I can think of in some Windows updates ( 11 pro 24h2).

    If that isn'tbad enough, I've found that I am unable to login to Precisely Communities on either my work or personal computers either in recent days, and can only do so on my personal phone, I  get a message reading "insufficient privileges ", for both the accounts in my work and personal emails (MapInfo is on both computers,  with separate licenses).
