    MailStream Plus v2025.12 – Release Announcement

    Abstract 

     Precisely announces the release of MailStream Plus version 2025.12  

     

    Feature Additions in this Release 

    MailStream Plus v2025.12 includes the mandatory USPS preparation and pricing mandates that are effective on January 18, 2026 and other features including: 

    •  Expansion of postage statements to include new optional PartZ 

    • Support for the new Shape based SDF labeling lists for Flats, Letters, and Parcels 

    • Support for Plus One card for Flat host piece 

    • Removal of support for NDC PT/RPDCPT 

    • Support for Competitive price changes effective January 18, 2026 

     

    MailStream Plus v2025.12 includes support of changes (or Errata) for the following Mail.dat versions: 

    • Mail.dat v26-1 

    • Mail.dat v25-1
