    MailStream Plus v8.4.6 – Release Announcement 

    Precisely announces the release of MailStream Plus version 8.4.6.  

    Feature Additions in this Release 

    MailStream Plus v8.4.6 includes updates to meet new USPS presort requirements and postage rates that go into effect on January 21st, 2024 - 

    • Support for electronic Bulk Certificate of Mailing using Mail.Dat 

    • Support for the Marketing Mail and First-Class volume Incentive 

    • The USPS eliminated Parcel Select Lightweight; hence it has been removed 

    • Updates to Postage Statements 

    • Updates to Postage Rates 

    • Support for 2024 Promotions 

    • Support of changes (or Errata) for the following Mail.dat versions: 

    • Mail.dat v24-1 

    • Mail.dat v23-1
