MailStream Plus Postal Preparation Product Announcements

Is there a way that I can receive these announcements in my email rather than having to log into this place? I don't want to get inundated with emails, just alerts when updates and patches are released.

Where is the option to just get software update and patch releases? I don't want daily or weekly emails about stuff I don't care about. I get monthly emails about the Data updates automatically, why can't I get them for the software themselves? And why are you forcing your customers to jump through all these hoops to get alerts to software they purchased?
