  • 1.  Layout Shapes - Make Translucent

    I have a map where many shapes are different colors and translucent. I need to match the shape colors in my map to my layout. Using a legend would not work because the layout is too complicated. How do I make shapes in my layout translucent to match the shapes in my map?

    I can only see two options currently, as the layout doesn't support translucent objects:

    • Use a legend
    • Use another map for your legend where you draw your legend thumbnails and potentially also the legend text.
