Ironstream Hub - New Release Available
We are very pleased to announce that Ironstream Hub v1.4.4 is now generally available. This updated component release provides these new features:
FIPS-compliant Hub for Windows: The Ironstream Hub now supports FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards) mode on Windows, helping your organization meet federal security compliance requirements.
Round robin distribution for IBM i sources: You can now enable round robin distribution to distribute messages across multiple Ironstream Hub instances in a rotating order. This helps balance load, reduce bottlenecks, and improve resource utilization in high-volume high-availability (HA) deployments.
Expanded Db2 monitoring for Dynatrace (IBM Z): Ironstream Hub now streams richer Db2 activity from IBM Z to Dynatrace, giving observability and database teams deeper visibility into Db2 subsystem, accounting, and measurement data (SMF 100, 101, and 102), plus new database connection (DBAT) activity metrics for tracking Db2 workload demand.
Pipeline diagnostics: You can now collect diagnostic data from pipelines to troubleshoot data flow issues. Pipeline diagnostics is a support-activation feature. Contact Precisely Support to obtain a diagnostic key before enabling it. When enabled, the Hub captures all incoming and outgoing pipeline data and stores it in the Hub log directory.
Important Note: FIPS mode is a separate, FIPS-specific Hub installation. It cannot be enabled on an existing deployment. A new installation of the FIPS-specific build is required.
