Ironstream Agent 7.4 for IBM i Cumulative Patch L Notice
Abstract
Precisely announces the release of a new cumulative patch L for the Ironstream Agent 7.4 for IBM i.
This patch includes the following changes:
- Increased efficiency when delivering journal records to the Ironstream Hub servers, improving throughput during high-volume journal activity.
- Data can now be delivered to multiple Ironstream Hub servers in a Round Robin format, distributing load across Ironstream Hub instances.
- Corrected misleading messages in the EVSTATUS diagnostic report, so operators relying on EVSTATUS for platform health checks receive accurate status information.
- The journal monitor lock flag is now cleared whenever a job is stopped for any reason. Previously an uncleared lock flag could block the journal monitor on restart, interrupting journal record delivery until manually resolved.
Technical details of all fixes and enhancements contained within this release can be found in the readme document inside the software download.
