    Hello, I'm having trouble installing Mapinfo 2023.
    
    I'm using a license key on a server within my company.
    
    During installation, I enter the serial number and access code.
    
    I also enter the license server name and port during installation...
    
    When I launch it, it refuses to connect...
    
    More strangely, in the license settings (see photo), the serial numbers/access codes do not match those entered during installation.
    
    They correspond to key numbers used by colleagues (standard, non-shared keys)...

    That's a bit strange. Have you had MapInfo Pro installed on this computer earlier?

    Anyway, the simplest way to fix this is to change the serial# and Access# in the Registry. You may also have to insert the name and port for the license server.

    You can typically find these values under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\2300 or Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\2300. Sometimes under both.
