That's a bit strange. Have you had MapInfo Pro installed on this computer earlier?
Anyway, the simplest way to fix this is to change the serial# and Access# in the Registry. You may also have to insert the name and port for the license server.
You can typically find these values under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\2300 or Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\2300. Sometimes under both.
