You may find the workaround described in this article useful: Connected Polylines
If you are into MapBasic, this article could also be of interest: MapBasic Monday: Extending Polyline to Intersection.
Here's another MapBasic article that does come with a tool: MapBasic Monday: Follow Those Polylines. This could be used to find all the lines that are actually connected in a network. Depending on the direction of the lines, it may require a few runs to find them all.

Subject: Find Unsnapped Lines:
Hi All,
Is this tool exist at all, what would be the best way to find(inspect/check to find any) gaps (unsnapped lines)?
"""""Find Unsnapped Lines:
This tool identifies lines that are not snapped to other lines or objects.
Go to Spatial > Analysis > Find Unsnapped Lines.
Select the layer containing the line data.
Specify the tolerance (distance) for identifying unsnapped lines.
Run the tool, and it will highlight the unsnapped lines in your data.""""
I was not able to find this tool.
Your help is much appreciated!
