Hi Javier, i watched the Video and in Minute 1.05 the filter is set, but where is the corresponding column in your script? has the user changed something in the script, is it the same script that you provided (final) or something?

In that case I would check all the authorities of that person. It looks like this person doesn't has the authority to use filters.
