Thanks for the detailed write-up and screenshot, this is a great first post, and a really clear way to explain the idea.
You've identified a real gap: today the color direction is fixed even though the thresholds are adjustable, so there's no way to keep the visual logic aligned if you want to lead with a fault or error rate instead of a "good" percentage. That's a fair ask, and the reasoning about large datasets hiding real problems behind a high "good" score is well put.
This kind of scoring flexibility is exactly the direction we're taking with DIS Govern, our next-generation governance platform, where we're actively expanding how scoring bands can be configured. I'm bringing this specific idea to that team now so it's considered while that work is underway, rather than added on later.
I can't promise a timeline right now, but I wanted you to know this was read, made sense, and is being raised internally. If anything changes I'll follow up here.
