Hi! was wondering how others manage user related administrative tasks in Evolve.

Rather cumbersome to perform this manually as an Administrator and was hoping to utilize the tool workflow capabilities and a form to manage license, app access, role (originator, approver) etc

You can add users as global admins if you want other users to perform administrative tasks.

Due to license constraints we manage / control centrally but a huge admin burden to perform this manually and holding us back to expand our user count (500+) and utilize Evolve to its fullest potential.

I was hoping to find a solution such as a self-help portal where an user submit access request that route to Finance manager in respective country for approval and then to the likes of myself (administrator) before change effect in the system.

Hi Renette,

To route the tasks to Finance managers and to admins you can resolve the swimlanes in the workflow accordingly.

There might be some gap in my understanding what you actually trying to achieve.

I'd suggest you to raise a support ticket, let's get on a call to better understand the use case and see if we can implement this with current release version on evolve.

Renette, I'm in the same situation as we have around 3,000 users for our Evolve platform and there is no easy way for anyone to request access like there was in foundation. I have adding this as an Idea for a future enhancement in the Ideas section. Please vote for it.
