  • 1.  Evolve Retroactive Access Or Mass Download

    Hello Everyone,

    Does anyone know if there is a way to give view access for past request to a user or if this isn't possible can all forms and their attachments be download?  We are trying to gather all the W-9s from request in the past year and looking to spread out the work load.

    Hi Scott
    Am not sure what version you are on.  Am on 20.2.2 right now, and there is an option to export the list of documents for a solution to excel


    In 20.3, you have the option to create a Document view, aka Document Explorer.  You can optionally group together solutions and view all of the instances of the workflow, granting access to that list by role.  Please see the post from our product manager, here about 20.3:  https://community.winshuttle.com/discussion/automate-203-release-is-available-from-11-november-2022?ReturnUrl=%2fbrowse%2fallrecentposts

    Hi Sigrid,

    We are currently working on 20.1 and that option does not appear for me.  We are looking at moving to 20.3 what we have the internal resources to go forward with it.
